Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of JackParty Piraten. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Purpose

JackParty Piraten helps a host prepare and reveal local event cues. It is provided for personal event planning and entertainment. It is not an emergency, security, monitoring, or access-control service.

Your content

You remain responsible for the cover lines, reveal text, local codes, and event details you enter. Use content that you have the right to use, and respect the privacy and safety of other people. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, deceive, or expose confidential information.

Local locks and timing

Lock states depend on the device clock and actions confirmed by the host. They are organizational cues, not cryptographic protection. Keep a separate copy of any information that would be costly or harmful to lose.

Availability and changes

The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued. Features can behave differently after operating-system updates or device changes. Support is offered on a reasonable-effort basis.

No purchases or external service

The app does not sell digital content or require a hosted event service. Your mobile carrier, internet provider, Apple, or email provider may apply their own terms and charges outside the app.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of local data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app, missed event timing, disclosed event details, or loss of locally stored content. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
